Peter Humphries is now the City Guide official photographer

Over the last few weeks, you may have noticed some rather spectacular images popping up on our website and social feeds.  These wonderfully unique and creative images come courtesy of the extremely talented Pete Humphries who is our very own in-house photographer for the foreseeable future.  On the City Guide app, website and social networking platforms, Pete will document, via his imagery, sights to see, things to do, including regular and upcoming events and features of this amazing country, Gibraltar.  Be prepared to see Gibraltar from a new perspective!

As you may guess, Pete is a man of very few words, he tells his story through his images, capturing the beauty of Gibraltar with his weapon of choice, a trusty digital Canon DSLR, and strives every day to bring us refined and breath-taking photos.

Pete has no penchant for a particular subject, but we love his considered shots of local characters, landmarks, wildlife and sunsets! We also love his ability to capture distinct and impactful images of various events including Gibraltar musical festivals, sporting events and other organised activities in Gibraltar, all edited with his own exceptional aspect, be it sharp black and white or vivid contrasting colours. We are very proud of the work he produces for City Guide Gibraltar and we welcome him as part of our enthusiastic and creative team.

Check out our gallery to see more of Pete’s images and check out his talent on his Instagram @speckypics
